Historically, there has always been a BBQ (or picnic) in Lind City Park during the annual Lind weekend. Originally, a rodeo took top billing in the weekend, after a grand parade and the BBQ in the park. These events began and were recorded in the 1920's with rodeos at the old ball park, which is now the Lind Swimming Pool area. Cars and trucks lined the area providing the fencing. And Lind proudly sponsored Rodeo Queens. For a great read, please CLICK HERE for their hilarious stories. Also, read up on a rodeo participant who was one of Lind's first cowboys.
Both Cody and Dustin are Lind High School graduates and enjoy all of their many catering events!
